Jeffrey Barlow, Director of the Berglund Center, is the founding editor of The Journal of the Association for History and Computing, Past President and current Webmaster of the Association for Asian Studies on the Pacific Coast (ASPAC), and Director of the Matsushita Center for Electronic Learning (MCEL).
