Ceija Stojka in front of her artworks packed to travel to the United States
When all the artwork had been packed up to travel to the United States, Ceija Stojka turned to us with tears in her eyes and stated “I never would have imagined when I was sitting in Auschwitz that someday my artwork would be exhibited in the United States.”
